The attack, which happened on August 16th in Jammu and Kashmir, killed three people and hurt 19 others. Prashant Mhaske, who was 40 years old, worked as a technician in a factory. Kunal Jadhav, aged 35, was working as an electrical engineer. Both men were well-known and respected in their community.
Pawar spent about 45 minutes with each family. He talked to them about what happened and promised that his party would help them get proper compensation. His visit shows that political leaders are taking this matter seriously, especially in Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra government has decided to give ₹50 lakh to each family who lost their member in the attack. They’re also thinking about giving jobs to the family members of those who died. This will help the families who are facing difficult times after losing their earning members.
The government has made new plans to protect people better. They’ve put more police and army people on the roads where pilgrims travel. They’re using special cameras and equipment to watch these areas all the time. Many community groups are also working together to keep peace and help each other during this sad time. About 47 different groups have joined hands to support the families and maintain peace in the area.
