The Maharashtra government has been busy working on many important tasks over the last 100 days. They’ve finished 411 out of 938 tasks they planned to do. Another 372 tasks are almost done, and 155 tasks need a little more time, about 15 days, to be completed. To keep people updated, the government has shared detailed reports online, making it easier for citizens to get information without asking for it through the Right to Information Act.
One big achievement is in healthcare. The government has started a campaign to find and treat tuberculosis (TB). In the first month, they found over 7,000 new TB cases by screening more than 25 lakh people. They worked with local communities to raise awareness and make sure people in areas with a lot of TB could get tested and treated quickly.
In the energy sector, the government has made great strides by creating a 25-year plan to meet the growing need for power. They’ve done better than expected with solar-powered pumps and rooftop systems. They’re also working on lowering electricity costs and improving power supply to homes and farms.
The government is also making services easier for people by putting many processes online. This helps reduce corruption and speeds up the work since fewer people are needed to handle requests. They’re making sure that money is used wisely and that projects are finished on time.
Infrastructure is another focus area. The government is speeding up important projects by using a special system called the Gatishakti platform. They’re also building a new data center in Navi Mumbai to improve digital services and make sure there’s enough power.
Lastly, the government is making sure that offices are clean and organized. This helps everyone work better.
With all these efforts in healthcare, energy, services, and infrastructure, the Maharashtra government is showing that they want to do their best for the people in a transparent and accountable way.
