The Maharashtra State Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC) in Pune is doing a great job in solving problems for small businesses. They also started the MSME Samadhan initiative, which is an online system that makes it easier for businesses to report their problems. This digital system helps businesses get paid by those who owe them money, which is very helpful because many small businesses often face delays in payments.

The council’s success rate of 75% shows how important they’re for keeping good relationships among small businesses. By solving money disputes quickly, the MSEFC helps small businesses grow and reduces the need for going to court.

Their smart way of solving problems and using technology has helped the MSEFC stay efficient, even when many cases come in.
